The Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Government College (ZSPGC) is envisioned to be a leading institution of higher learning, continually pursuing excellence in the formation of globally-competitive local professionals and technologists who are dedicated and committed to uplift the quality of life among all Zambosurians.

The school site is located inside a provincial government-owned lot with existing buildings and structures that were recently used for the operations of the  Aurora General Hospital (AGH).  The entire lot where the facility will be sited covers about 7.5 hectares, most of which are open spaces suitable for laboratory and other activities required for agricultural and veterinary science courses.  The former hospital buildings have spaces (rooms) suitable for instructional and laboratory purposes; hence, adequate for BSA Program use.
